Default 50 trim turbo, Stock PcM?

Alright... im serious about getting a 50 trim tubo.. i plan on getting a bigger fuel pump, injectors, turbo back exhaust,all that good stuff.. my only problem is that i have the stock pcm. am i going to have any problems with check engine lights.. if so what do i do.. will i need a stage 3 pcm?? Help plz

you could just bypass the PCM altogether as far as fuel management goes.

I don't know much about car performance parts. But, which different from a 50 trim DBB turbo and a stage 3 turbo?

Yea I know a guy around me thats got 50 trim on stage 0, doesn't through any codes cuz the computers pretty much out of the loop with the dtech andw/i, but hes always tunning but hey its a 50 trim you pretty much gotta tune no mater what stage your on

it's very doable. some people prefer to tune off the s0 ecu, it seems to hold a tune better. you might throw a overboost code, but that would be it.

Yeah u should be fine. A lot of people run s1 or s2 (like what I'm going to do since I have it). Depending on your year u might get a code for the exhaust if u go w/o a cat.

yea... speaking of a cat... if i run my car with out a cat how will i not get any rich or lean codes... since there is an o2 in front and behind the cat

you get a staged ecu. on the stage ecu's the second o2 sensor reads stoich.
