GET WINTER TIRES!!! Be very careful when accelerating so you don't slide everywhere since these cars have so much torque sometimes the tires just spin. Also ONLY drive on cleared roads!!! Remember how close your car sits to the ground? Be careful not to mess up your front ground effects or get centered on top of the snow that sucks because then you HAVE to get pulled out. Good luck, drive slowly and watch out for other drivers because you never know who does and doesn't know how to drive in the snow

I have used hankooks that last few winters on my car in the size of 205/60/15 and im not sure what you get out of normal wear on snow tires but the one set ive used lasted almost 60k miles. I do agree that winter tires are a must in the winter and if you can drive with a decent amount of caution and skill you shouldnt have any problems in just about any conditions. I have had to "plow" my own road before after a 12-16" snowfall for about 1 mile and never had a problem getting out onto main roads. I also take thesrt-4 to the January rally america event and pre-run the stages for camera locations every year with out any problems. Just dont drive it like its summer and you should be fine.

^ i think mine are the hankooks same size as well. i disagree that you should drive it like summer, added caution is necessary in winter. but the tires served me well last winter.

Anyone checking into steelies for their SRT-4 should consider 16" at least. I put winters and 16's on last year and found very little room in between the front calliper and the rim. 15's would be too small if you ask me. Id be afraid of running into a pothole and possibly running a risk of damaging the brakes with a bent wheel.

P.S. Toronto sees some fun winters , with a good set of tires, it;s a lot of fun.

I'm doing great in the snow, no complaints with the Pirelli's - better then some Mickey-T's i've had IMHO!

No ditchs, no accidents, no problems. And no traction issues.
