hey i have a 2005 srt 4 acr stage 0 my mods are injen cai, agp wga, agp fmic, agp hard pipes with hks bov, msd ignition coil with msd wires. When i race my car it holds about 13psi from 1st to 3rd gear, in 4th it goes to 15psi and around 5000 rpm "105"mph i get a fuel cut or something... my car loses all of its power and stops accelerating until i shift to 5th and does the same thing towards the end of 5th gear. if i turn my boost down to where i only hold13 in 4thgear it doesnt do it.does anyone know what this is?
if your talking about needing more than a fuel pump for when i get a bigger turbo... i know... im not that stupid...lol... the kit comes with the fuel pump,750cc injectors and a flash kit for the computer, im also gonna add a fuel rail to the mix. Im only gonna run 23psi max and thats gonna be on race gas. when im out in town just havin fun ill keep it on 20 tho. but during the week its only gonna be on 15. Thats what i love about turbo cars... power when you want it and fuel economy when you need it...
so this morning we used my car at school for a demonstration on a diagnostic test... i had codes for my map sensor in freeze frame... could this be why im getting that fuel cut?
