I did like I said I would do and bought an '04 SRT-4. It's black, has the Viper inspired seats and a sunroof. I've only played with it a little bit, maybe half throttle, and I'm already extremely impressed. I thought that my Shelby Z was pretty bada55, but this thing is just unbelieveable for what it is. I've read all the hype, but now I know it was just people telling it like it is..................and it IS AWESOME!!![sm=smiley20.gif][sm=smiley16.gif][sm=smiley17.gif][sm=smiley3.gif][sm=smiley31.gif][sm=smiley27.gif][sm=smiley32.gif][sm=smiley4.gif][sm=smiley2.gif]

 

YAHOO!! Congratulations and YOU KNOW BETTER THAN TO TEASE US WITHOUT SHOWING PICTURES!! Now get out there and get some shots!! How exciting... you know to change the spark plugs wires right? Unless they fixed that problem...? Sheesh... I'm too tired but I do know that I am very jealous!! CONGRATS AGAIN!! Can't wait until you really punch it... LOL!

I bought a disposable camera last night at Circuit City for just that reason.[sm=smiley2.gif]

 

Nope. I got to keep the R/T and I only put $1,000 down. Fist off I'll be getting the wires and an oil catch can. Then I'm getting the Stage 1 computer, K&N Typhoon CAI and Forward Motion has a really nice 3" turbo back mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust with a high flow cat and no resinators. And later on I'll get the Mopar Performance short throw shifter and booger bushings. I'm going to transfer the oil pressure and volt gauges over from the R/T. I'm not sure, but it looks like the SRT-4 uses the same coil and wires as my R/T. If so then I will swap them over to it as well and save some $$$.[sm=smiley20.gif]

 

OOooohhh... stop, all the performance talk is making me tingle... I'm so thrilled for you!! I CANNOT WAIT to see pictures... Do you just LOVE it?!

It's my second favorite car that I've had.[sm=smiley4.gif]The seat hugs well and the power....AAAAHHHHH...I LOVE the POWER that it has.[sm=smiley27.gif]It is quite suprizing for what it looks like. It handles like it's on rails and the seat allows 0 movement.....It's GREAT!!![sm=smiley31.gif][sm=smiley4.gif][sm=smiley17.gif]

It just sounds like a dream... I cannot say congrats enough.

Did you know that the computer is programmed to not let the car have full power until the car is broken in? I've heard it's a couple thousand miles though... So it might get even better!!

Really! Thats cool, I like that it keeps the engine safe until it's ready for it. I'm just thrilled with it, it makes the 4 door factor melt away under a really big grin.[sm=smiley4.gif]
