SO - the verdict is in, pretty much.

We are still going to negotiate a little, for a little better, but, they did agree to new oem Bumper cover, fenders, and hood. They want aftermarket headlight and fog, though(not gonna happen) and the sneaky bastard gave me 147. towards tires, then depreciated the tire 100%. Heh - funny[:'(].

Well, I am trying to find good carbon parts fast, since we can use the $ towards whatever we want.

Let me just say.. I understand. Last friday I was hit for the 2nd time in my SRT-4. This time by someone pulling out of a gas station onto the highway. They jacked me in the side and it looks like my SRT-4 is done for. Before it was a rear ending in a parking lot. This time it bent the entire passanger side of my car in. Destroyed my dash floor and roof. Looks like I'm going to be picking a new color SRT-4 out. I think I actually cried as they towed my baby away, knowing she was a gonner this time. It's seems I have become a magnet for young inattentive women drivers. Guys at work tell my I attract alot of women, it's just too bad it's when their in a car.

 

Sorry to hear that, man. Looks like last was a bad week, all around.

I am nursing my emotional wounds right now, driving around in my boring slow magnum v-6 until I get the car back; boy do I miss the srt.

Looks like its going to be fixed, in my case, but I am soooo concerned about how perfect it will be. The thing was cherry, damn it.

At least you'll get a new one. You get to go through the fun of modding it all over again(at least feeling the difference); hopefully it'll rejuvenate your appreciation for the car a little, in the process. Maybe you can take a scientific approach this time, and test and tune each part as you go, You might come out better in the end. Good luck with it.

Also, glad to hear that you weren't hurt; sounds like you were in a much more dangerous situation than I was. Getting sideswiped has got to suck.
