how many miles per gallon or miles to the full tank are you guys getting out of your srt 4's,i have a 4.6 mustang gt and was thinking of buying a neon,thanks.

 

Sorry, man it's no better on gas than your mustang, if you drive it hard. But it is faster. 14+ mpg, here. s2 srt-4. 150 to a tank.

 

LOL.....I just traded my 01 Mustang GT in for this about one month ago, and if you think you are going to be doing yourself any favors on gas mileage, you won't. It seems like I am putting gas in the SRT as much as I did in the mustang.

Speaking of mustangs, I liked the car and all, but the thing had less than 50k miles on it, and rattled and shook like a vacuum cleaner. I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a car that I bought more so than that one. I liked the way it looked, but it's pretty freaking sad when you love the car the most when you look at it instead of driving it. I was really disappointed in the car. If you want to trade it for those reasons, then it might be a good move, but if yours is a pretty solid car and you love it, I wouldn't make the change, if you are just thinking of gas mileage benefits.

Im liking this 18-19 mpg stock. The Marro (5.7L) only got 15 on a good day. The SRT just has a smaller tank

 

just got 29.01 mpg this weekend. and 60 miles of the tank was 120mph+ on the freeway with 2 M3 BMW's and 1 Evo. I couldnt hardly keep up with one of the M3's but the other 2, no problem.

 

I got 20mpg a few weeks back with Stage 3. This week I am running on setting 0, I'll post back with results.

 

Im at the halfway mark with 197 miles on this tank of gas. I get almost 300 the way I drive.

day to day driving, I shift the car at 15,25,35,45 mph cause thats what the manual says to do for the best fuel economy. Nice slow take-offs. I rarely use the boost, I usually get the gauge to -10 to 0 before I am shifting. today I did a 105 miles on 1st 1/4 of tank, i'm gonna break my record, and shoot for 350 on a tank

 

i just got 27mpg this weekend, which is a little high for me. usually i get more like 23-25. with race gas forget it, i get about 7 trips down the 1320 on a half a tank!
