Help with stage 2 PCM !!!
I tried to install stage 2 PCM today and when i pulled those connectors out i just couldnt put them back in, eventhough i pushed the red block off thing. I pushed them really hard but it just didnt seem to lock in place, please help@@@
Did you push the red lock tab back in before you plugged it in?? They need to be slid out for the connectors to re-attach. Make sure your plugging into the correct holes. The length of the factory harness is screwy, the middle plug has a longer pigtail than the lowest one, if I remember correctly. Plus the connectors are color
coded with the pcm. When you push the connector in it will feel squishy, then you will hear it "click" tight. Then slide the red lock tab in. ALSO, look at the pins in the pcm connectors and make sure none of them are bent over, that will mess up your day if you break a pin. Put it down for a bit and cool off, you'll get it.

I just installed mine today... They seem to go back in slightly different order, I almost had the same "problem" They wouldn't go in, so reread the instructions for that part and they're color coded, make sure you're pluging the right color in the right slot... Might help...
I tried everything still, i couldnt put those connectors in place. The red lock off things, i tried to pushed them and pulled them out, none of those tricks seem to work. I have stage 2 w/o toys so my PCM got 3 holes, white, orange and the last one is black because it doesnt have any colors to it. I even tried to put them back to the stock PCM and gues what, i couldnt even put them in the old place so i went to a private shop to have my wastegate installed because the heatshiled was a pain in my behind. It costed me 80 dollars, and a really "good" advise from the guy " just zip tight them connectors you will be fine" lol, and he told me to get dyno tune. I really dont know who to trust anymore.
im worried sick now, because i dont know whether if i let some debris into my cylinders chamber or not. I vaccumed them really clean afterward, I dont know if the car will go bad right away or it will ruin it in the long run??? sign
i love my car, i lost alot of blood and money lol. [X(]

So, did you get the PCM plugged in?? It was hard to follow that paragraph lol
Check the pins and make sure they're not bent or something!
Atleast you don't have to worry about that heatshield... I had to cut a slot in mine to reach the arm after stripping two of the bolts right by the WGA! The good thing is, I can adjust the WGA in a couple minutes, the bad news, I don't like doing stuff like that and it doesn't look the greatest.
Which leads me to one quick question for you... Did the guy make sure the WGA was adjusted properly?

People on the forum recomend setting the wastegate to 6mm instead of 4mm.
Can anyone confirm this????? Poor guy is having enough issues, dont want to make things worse for him.
