Code I don't understand

Yes it does include the 05s as well. The OBD codes aren't neccessarily vehicle specific.
So Im assuming you didnt touch anything under the hood, cause this has me confused out the *** right now. The only other thing it could be is cold weather or a small vac leak on the factory WGA line (Black line).

Yeah I just went to the dealership but to make a appointment I have to wait for my registration to come in. Here is my situation- I bought the car used from a Ford dealer in New Jersey and I live in New York. It has only 12,000 miles on it. When I go to tell them the problem are they going to ask me any questions to try and trick me out of the warranty. The reason I ask this is because I also wanted to have my tranny checked because sometimes when I put it in 2nd or 3rd it feels sought of ruff to do.
The tranny is very rough shifting 2-3 and 3-2, its just how the T850 is. However if you can't get it into gear at all, if it grinds when you release the clutch, pops out of gear, or is stuck IN gear, thats definitely a transmission problem.
Since its not cold where you are, then its definitely the black line running off the wastegate, its the second or third one down on the solenoid closest to the battery.

The 441 is probably a bad gas cap.
Heres possible causes:
Good Trip Equal to Zero
Intermittent Condition (doesnt happen all the time)
Checking EVAP Purge Solenoid Functionality
EVAP Purge Solenoid Vacuum supply (Gas cappage)
And on the OVerboost code, you should have your entire solenoid pack checked for a vacuum leak because that is more than likely the cause. Dont just get rid of the codes, have them checked out, unless your 100% positive it isn't hurting the vehicle and nothing is wrong. I.e. a P0420 code on an S0 car with no Cat, you know that its a cat code, and you can erase it and have peace of mind knowing that theres nothing wrong with the car.
Never erase them, always check them, or have them checked out.
