103mph ticket
i am one of those *******'s that get away with beating it in court and my wife after 11 years of a clean driving record she got pulled over doing 68 in a 55 and she took it to court and pled guilty with an explanation and the judge laughed and said you did it no deal with the consequences (----spell check) she got stuck with the 275 fine and 53 court cost and the two points
havent gotten a ticket since 89 in Ohio but 20 over is a required court date for sure. It is not an automatic wreckless driving citation, I plead no contest 56 in a 35, paid up on a speeding ticket and that was that.
about a month ago i was picking up my srt from my dads house (left it there while i was in kuwait for a year) i was well past the speed limit and i was driving over a hill when i got to the other side a saw a georgia state trooper, i slammed on brakes before my radar went off but still got clocked doing 126 in a 70 it cost me $1089 and 11 points i just paid it off because i know i was in the wrong no sence in trying to fight it. live and learn
wtf... you just got back from a year of deployment and the cop didnt give you any kind of a break at all??? i would have at least lowered it to where you could keep your lisence!
btw, what did your 1SG have to say bout all that?

i didn't loose my lisence but 4 more points and its gone he also tried to nail me for my window tint and lisence plate frame, none of my chain of command found out about it. guess i am lucky for that. all i have to do is make it a few more months without getting a ticket then i will be going to germany
Plead Not Guiity and request a jury trial. In most situations if they will have a pre trial meeting and at least in Wisconsin they don't want to haul the oficer into court and will reduce the speed of the violation. They fine will be the same usually, but at least you should be able to keep your license. The other unknown is how your state handles traffic violations for under-age drivers.
