Stuff to add first
I highly recommend and love my K & N Typhoon CAI, it does it all and you can use it as a short ram instead of a CAI if you like. Do it yourself, it's simple to do and you will feel better having done it yourself, not to mention the extra $$$ in your pocket for extra mods.
Here are a couple pictures of mine:

Well, i did install my MSD"s and my CAI last night 1 am ... i drove it for like 10 minutes because i am not supposed to drive after 12 am.....michigan state law for 16 year olds.....its crap but i'm not getting in trouble since im so fortunate to have the car i have and...you know dont want to screw things up
On the stock air box there are plugs that go into it. Do they plug in to the CAI or what is done with those? Also are there instructions with it? Where is the best plave to get that one. I like the K&N stuff so i might go with that one.
If you look you will see that there are 2 screws holding the 3 sensors to the airbox. The K & N comes with full detailed instructions and these sensors get bolted down to the edge of the battery tray with the use of a supplied L bracket. I got my K & N Typhoon CAI from Modern Performance for $199.00 shipped, but you might want to check with the venders here on DF, they may even be able to get it to you cheaper. Here is a picture of mine, the sensors are highlighted in the red box behind the hose that is going into the CAI:
