Worlds biggest engine
So for all the gear heads in here, which I think includes everyone, take a look at this Diesel engine. This has nothing to do with an SRT-4 but I thought you might get a kick out looking at this.

looks like a power plant for a ship that my company used to build. Alstom, they built the Queen Mary 2, and since got out of the shipyards. Looks like alot of fun getting that up and running. They would have to cut a big hole in the side of the ship to swap it out if there were problems and it needed replaced.

yea but i don't think that container ships use nucleur motors, at least not yet. as far as i know, they're still on gas powered ones. while nucleur ones are more efficient and last longer, they're a LOT more expensive and there's that whole pesky radiation thing.

There are tons of legal tape when it comes to anything involving nuclear power. The cost is far greater initially, but far less over the long term. There are several Navy aircraft carriers and subs running on nuclear power without creating glow in the dark soldiers.......at least so far.
