Default new mods to do?

I have a 07 ram quad 1500 quad cab 4.7. So far all I have done is add a Third Strike Perfomance intake and flowmaster super 40 exhaust. I wanted some feed back on what to do next. I eventually want a turbo or supercharger but don't know the correct path to do so. Any input would be appreciated.

To supercharge your engine you would need to do other modifications in order to expell the waste gasses faster. You would need an exhaust header, aggresive cam, and longer push rods. You would also need a tuner and you could port and polish the cylinder heads as well as the air intake (stock is plastic so this does not apply). This should gain atleast 120 RWHP before the superchargers net gain. You could put a suopercharger on without the above mods, but then you will create too much backpressure and the engine will bog down,

Thanks, this really helps a lot. But, in which order should i do the mods? I won't be able to do all of them at the same time due to finances. Once again, thanks,

I would go with the exhaust headers, cat-back system (muffler and resonator), and then the ported cylinder heads. Lastly, the supercharger and the tuner,

I'd put your stock intake back on if you value your engine. After market filters are garbage imo. MIght as well just put a window screen over your intake.

The supercharger will nullify the stock intake or the aftermarket intake if equipped,

Anyone have a round about price range this will cost me? Also, what are the best brands to go with on a project like this?

Supercharger - $6,000.00
Exhaust headers - $700.00
Cat-back system - $800.00
High flow catalytic converters - $500.00 a piece
Cam shaft - $250.00
Ported heads - $3,000.00

You are looking at about $10,000.00 on the low end and $15,000.00on the high for just the parts. Labor would be a couple grand extra,

Thanks for the info. I think that when I get back from this deployment I will have some money saved up to start doing the mods. It looks like this will be an extensive project. I'm ok with that cause I will have something to look forward to while I am saving for the next item. Thanks for the help.
