RE: If Your A Newbie, Post And Introduce Yourself
Hey there folks, im new to the forum. Im Lance, im 16 years old, i turn 17 in Feb. I drive a 1992 Dodge Power Ram 150. Its has a 318 (5.2L) magnum with a NV 4500 5 speed tranny and a NP 241 ( i think) transfercase. 3.54(55) gears. Since I live in Montana there are no cats on the exhaust. 2 1/4" dual exhaust into a Magnaflow dual in dual out muffler, 2 1/4" out the sides with 2 1/2" exhaust tips. Its the Dodge blue color but only 1 coat of paint since the 2nd owner (im the 3rd) only slapped a coat on just to drive it when the orignal paint chipped off. Im repainting it this summer to give its true look back....with a few modifications to the paint. It has a Lund sun visor, sun pro tach, clarion CD player, 8" kicker subs and kicker amp, Pioneer door speakers, and black carpet over the rubber floor. Im planning on lifting the truck 4" and running 34" tires. here is the cardomain site if you want to check it out. its gone through some changes since pics were taken. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2964752

RE: If Your A Newbie, Post And Introduce Yourself
Good Morning Everyone,
My name is Travis. I just purchased my brandspaking used 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 QC this weekend and drove it about 150 miles home. Thus far I am very satisfied with it, especially where it is completely stock. (Picture here)
I have the 5.9L (360) V8 and it never left overdrive except for one time climbing the hill by my house that seems to make most trucks downshift (I'm sure the fact that it was -10F didn't have anything to do with that either ) and what I belive to be the one wheel wonder 3.55 gears (hope I'm wrong on the 1 wheel wonder part.) I have requested a build sheet from Dodge and am waiting to see what the vehicle has from the factory, but I might have to wait until after I get the vehicle serviced by a Dodge dealer before Dodge will help me as they say the won't supply the build sheet to me until I am listed in there system as the owner (I might as well ask for it when I have its open recall fixed.)
I got a whopping 11.8 MPG doing mainly 70MPH into the cold headwind on the drive home, I hope the girl gets a little better milage in the warmer weather.
Nice site here with a lot of good information. Thanks,
Travis

Hi everyone,
I have a 99 Dodge Ram diesel. Has a rebuilt tranni, BD fuel system (after the lift pump went south and a few other odds and ends as they need to be replaced. I will get my profile updated as soon as I have a little extra time to do so. Thanks in advance for the great posts I have read so far.
