Hi. Im a noob to dodges and this forum and I'm starting to love both. I bought a 93 Ram 150 back in January and have been enjoying every day of it (except the gas and speeding ticket costs). Ive got big dreams for it (bagged on 20's), but unless I stop mashing the go pedal I will never get there.

I'm new here so I'll introduce myself. I'm Shaun. I just bought a 2004 Ram 3500 Cummins 6spd. Its a crew cab w/ an 8ft bed, 4x4, gunmetal. I'm in the Army and I move a lot so the truck allows me to move all my stuff and tow my car as well.

Hello, my name is Mike, and I am a Ram-a-holic

From Michigan, the metro-Detroit area, daily commuter from 40 miles NE of the city. I have been a GM/Chevy man forever it seems, although I did own a New Yorker and a Ram 50 (Mitsubishi) back in my teen years.

I have loved the Ram's since the Gen II's and finally was able to convince my wife that our 98 2.2l S10 with 115K on it was not going to cut it for another year and ecspecially not another winter like our last one. So I searched, and searched and came across what I felt was a good deal from a local Dodge dealer;

2003 QC 1500 4X4 4.7l w/off-road package (35K on it) with 7/70 warranty for 18,000 - KBB retail value was 21,500 (picture is my avatar).

I'm extremely happy with our purchase and it will be a couple day a week driver, where I will still drive the 'lil chevy until it won't go anymore or until someone offers to buy it since we plan on putting it up for sale this summer. I'll still plan on getting some other kind of beater though to limit the number of daily commute trips I put on the Ram. I know, everyone says getta Hemi, but going from the 2.2l 4-banger to the 4.7l magnum has been enough for my appetite and with the mods I plan to add (usual exhaust, intake, maybe more later) I will be happy with it. Of course down the road, when her Jeep is paid for, we may put another Ram in our garage since she likes it so much and that one will have the Hemi

millwright by trade, guitar lover, horsepower lover, and a sexaholic...........something about hemis just gets my mojo going

I have a black 2004 hemi ram quad cab 4x4 laramie bone stock, 3.92 gears, and 5 speed auto transmission AWD.
I'm lookin for some extra firepower for this sleeping giant, maybe the sts turbo setup, just not sure if i have to make any changes to the drive line.
any help would be appreciated
