I'm George. I live in Southgate, MI. I moved out here from Long Island, NY August 19th of '04 to be with my now-fiancèe Mary.

I have to say I don't think I've ever seen so many Michigan people on any one board that I've ever been too.

My new ride (got it 10 hours ago):

1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4
5.9L V8
4 speed auto
83,000 miles

It's blue, and in really great shape. Just finished up replacing the serp belt and tensioner (tensioner didn't spring back). Seems to get decent gas mileage, as if I cared.

What can I do with this? I am planning for a Procharger, but I'd like to keep busy until then. I've got my other car to go fast with for now if I really have the urge right now, but I still want to start on the right path.

any parts/accessory stuff I'll be happy to give my 2 cents.. otherwise I'll be lurking around checking out posts for a while.. looks like a nice site!

Hey everyone...I just got an '02 Durango SLT yesterday (dark grey, 24K miles, nothing really exciting yet...key word is yet). I'm not sure what the plans are, but if this is anything like other vehicles I have owned, it will not be stock for long. I am considering a lift kit, new tires/wheels in a few months. First will be the stereo system. It came with a disc stick in the changer. I'm out in the Palm Springs area and it's been 100+, so I assume the previous owner left a cd in there and it warped insdie. Good excuse to upgrade though. Anyways, just wanted to say "Hi".

 

hi all!! mopar fan for a long time (no we wont go there) this truck is my 3rd and ive had a few chargers, cudas and other mopars. i really love my truck, nothing like hemi power!!! have done a few mods and am anxiously waiting for superchips to come out with there programmer so i can go ahead with some of the other mods i want to do. not a huge poster but i do get on once in a while. more in the winter month. once summer and warm weather gets here.....you'll find me out ridin my bike. just got back from myrtle beach the other day....really good time and no rain so i stayed dry!!

okay enough from me...just wanted to say hi and you's are doin a great job here!
