What suspension mods, tires do you have? That is the big difference on curvy roads, if you have stock suspension etc. you are at a big disadvantage. Dont get me wrong I do not support street racing, but if you are going to do it atleast do it right and safe. I have seen so many cars around here totaled cuz they couldent make a corner.
i know and i will take heave to your converns
but the windy roads i drive on a daily basis and i know what i can do and i do not have a problem losing
bleave me id rather lose and keep my car then to win and lose my car you get me?
but i havea a complete stock car aside from the short ram but im going to record the race ill probly just tape my camera to my rearview mirror

an auto would have an advantage if you happen to stall your car out or anything like that. as far as who would win i think it would depend on the driver....thats just me though
ok so im a prospect since my car is completly stock
but the guy in the neon didnt wanna race me cuz sopposidly he has points on his liecence and **** which is bull **** cuz i asked how lmuch his insurence is and he said 50-80 or somehting like that
so i did a couple burn outs and drifted a lil bit and **** then my boy rock came down in his teggy

Well from what I have heard MTX neons have about 5whp over ATX neons. Just catbacks themselves give you about 5whp. A FULL exhaust will give you anywhere from 10-20whp. This isn't just out of no where. I have seen dino sheets in several magazine and stuff. The fastest neons out there that I have seen are ALL ATX 1st gens in the 8-9 seconds. I do think MTX is faster...yes. But I gotta say...from what I have HEARD about the gains from manual and auto...its not going to be enough.
I think I heard from 03neonRT that the ATX have 110whp and MTX have 115whp.
I know for a fact right from the magnaflow website that catbacks give you about 6whp.
Headers and other exhausts parts add even more hp.
I'm just comparing stats that I have heard from multipul companies and someone from this forum.
EDIT: Maybe the ATX whp to MTX whp is wrong...idk
