The SRT-4 weighs more because of the added weight of the turbocharger and all it's related and supporting equipment, like the intercooler. The SRT-4's are also fully loaded with power everything.

The sticker on the door jamb only gives the vehicles capacities and not the vehicles actual weight.

oh sorry guys, I should have put the car information above

1993 Nissan Maxima SE 5speed. With the exception of advance timing (IIRC 19 degrees vs. 14 degrees stock) is my only mod, if you can call it that. My guestimate of what I run right now would be 15.4-15.6 with the heavier rims. I was trying really hard that day to hit 2.1 60ft times, but my tires/launching techniques/weather wouldn't allow me. That would bring me to 14.9-15.0 which is what a well conditioned Maxima of that year should be running (I have over 168,XXX miles on mine). My best trap that day was 92.XXmph but with a slower ET

Maxima's are quick! Stock '03's can run low 14's.(with a 6spd) My slightly modded Jetta VR6 runs a mid 14.

I have or had more than one I should say, I bought that one for 6K from a dude here in town, it was a 318 car originally but he was in the process of making it a 440/4 speed car. It was sweet but it had to go when we took it to the event and were offered 13k instantly before we got it off the trailer!
My drag car project is a rusty gutted 70 340 cuda that has been hacked up, tubbed, ladder bars, roll gage, narrowed 9" (soon to be 8.75), and has fiberglass fenders, doors, hood and decklid. Should be very fast with a 505ci indy headed wedge with a roller and 14.5:1 compression. I just finished paying for the engine, now on to the car!
I'm hoping for a race weight of around 2500# with me in it.
