This guy thought he had something and I got tired of hearing his blah blah, so I called him out on it. We hit a 3 mile stretch from a dead stop. He thought he had me because he pulled about 3.5 on take-off, but the black beast had somethin 4 him. I caught him shifting into 3rd, and all I saw was him gettin really small in the rearview. He said he let off around 135, but I knew he was giving it all he had. Its not my fault his stang's front starts comin up around 140!! Better luck next time sucka!! Anyway, the srt gained much respect that night, and the guy won't even look at me when I see him around town!!

 

Good kill! What mod's does the Cobra have? My buddy has an SRT-4, I'm not sure what package he has, but he gets beat by Mustang GT's.

 

Supercharged, chipped, exhaust, and a few other minors. What kind of GT's is he running?

 

A stock SRT-4 should kick the **** out of a stock GT, so either he cannot drive or the GT's are modded.

 

GT has Cat-back, CAI and Predator tune. Plus, my buddy can't drive for ****.

 

what mods do you have, because unless you are stage 3+, im this close |---| to callin bs, a s/c cobra with those mods would kill you unless you are heavily modded

 

granted, the 96 cobras werent the best running vehicles, if it was blown, with the other mods listed, he should eat you alive...and if youre stock, a race to 135mph would have been closer to a half mile than a quarter mile...

also, what do you mean that his front end starts coming up? a car that heavy wont blow over....

 

you said he was ahead until 135, and then you pulled on him....and he said he let off, i think he DID let off, and you just ended up doing a flyby.

Reason for saying this is that a cobra with those mods would kill you and most other cars in top end, so there is little chance you would pull on him anywhere after 115.

I didn't catch him @ 135, he was way behind by 135. He just had nothin for the black beast!!!
