Default do you think i could beat this S-10?

Hey my friend asked me today if i wanted to race her truck next Saturday at my church (my church sits on 18 acreas of land and the parking lot is about .5 miles long and huge) so i told her sure. Her S-10 is just a plan stock LS. it has the 2.2L 2wd and 5-speed. now then i'm 90% sure i can beat her but her truck is pretty prepy. my Neon is just a 1995 Plymouth 5-speed highline with over 234,000 miles on her (so shes old *cries*). what do you guys think?

her S-10 is a 2000 with only 50,000 on her. and my Neon is just the 2.0L SOHC with 132HP. I can drive it pretty well, the hardest part for me is going from first to second (the syncros are going bad in second so i baby it from 1st to 2nd) but then after i get it into second its all out from 3rd to 4th. and she can drive her stick pretty well but cant speed shift in it but it can go to about 40 in second (almost like my Neon but i can get it up to 45-50 in second). this shall be interesting at 10pm in my church parking lot lol... just gotta get my fuel filter replaced (its getting clogged so my car chugs some times)
