Ramcharger, Trailduster & Power Wagon Grrrr!! Tough Trucks! The Dodge Ramcharger and Plymouth Trailduster were full size SUV's that had good looks and brute strength. The Dodge Power Wagon was comparable to them in toughness, but came in pickup truck form only.

Help, acceleration problems!

I think in the magnums is was stamped on the side of the block or some such. Or, there might be a casting number on it you can look up....

Default La or magnum

Okay!! I will check tomorrow! Thanks a lot for all the help. I replaced fuel lines and siphoned out old gas. Going to put some more fuel in tomorrow to see if that helped any.

Maybe carb rebuild time judging by what looks like a fuel leak in the pics(drivers side).

Maybe "tee" in a fuel pressure gauge to see what the pump is pushing?

Default Has mechanical pump and fuel delivery system

This truck has both a mechanical fuel pump as well as a fuel delivery system in the fuel tank. I am having trouble priming the mechanical pump and carburetor. After replacing fuel lines. Any tips?

If there is gas in the carburetor bowl after starting the motor the pump should pump gas to the carb.
