I'm putting the fog and low beam kits on the Christmas list and it seems like most everyone is pleased with the HIDextra.com kits.

Thanks
It got worse for me when I use the fogs. I have to scan the stations now to find a stronger signal when I've got the lights on. It appears that I'm the only one having the issue so I'm curious if one of my ballest are bad.

Thumbs down

My sirius subscription expired yesterday so I started listening to FM for the first time in a year. My reception is terrible with the hids on. I can barely get reception with the low beams on and when I turn on the high beams I get almost no reception.

It doesn't affect the satellite radio.

I will check out the radio issue today I never listen to the radio but definatly want to have the ability. I have Lows and Fogs (I have a bad ballast on fogs so waiting for replacement).

Here is another issue that I had on Tuesday and was wondering if anyone had the same it was the first really cold and snowing day we have had this year and I was driving to work and noticed in the reflection of the car in front of me that I only had one headlight so I shut lights off and turned back on still no light on driverside and passanger flickered 4-5 times before staying on and I have the capacitors installed. So I shut off the headlights and about half hour tried agian and both came on. I am wondering if these things are tempature sensative. I am going on a decent road trip about 1200 miles one way and I want to make sure I have reliable lights.

HI,

HIDs requires about 30 seconds to cool and re-ignite the bulbs, so by turning the lights off and on right away may cause one side to not ignite correctly. Try doing a test, turn off lights wait 30 secs, turn on, do this 10 times, if less than 8 times of both success, then one of the ballast may be defective.

Let me know. Thanks~

Default Hmmmm still not addressing the radio interference

Hmmmmm... she still doesn't say anything about the FM interference. To me, that means that they know it is a problem and they don't know how to correct it, and rather than fessing up to it and offering suggestions, they pretend it doesn't exist and hope you buy them anyway.

I think I am taking these off my list...

SOrry, I go through a hundred messages a day, and sometimes i might accidentally skip over a question.

THe radio intereference can occur in areas that have weak radio signals, and only certain cars may experience that, according to our record only about 1 out of 500 customers get these type of interference and we've asked that we can't do anything becuase it depends on the area you are in.

Thanks~

Well theres been 100's of people purchasing these lights on here and other forums as well. A couple of people having radio interference isnt all that bad. I have NO interference with my lows and fogs on ever.

If you have not purchased these and are experiencing the problems yourself, why comment?
