1.) You must join the Facebook group: hidextra.com and use the same name you used to purchase from us (so we know who you are, how to contact you and where to send your prize)

2.) You must have already purchased from us or become a new customer and have made your first purchase (bulbs pair or Kits)

my HIDs just went wierd on me...

months go by.. everythings fine...

all of a sudden one day a bulbs is out.. soo.. i do the red neck thing and smack the housing in the front with my hand... IT COMES ON!

.... 2 hours later... the other bulb goes out... smackin doesnt fix it..

any ideas?

 

Mine stopped working once and I found that one of my connections was corroded. Apparently I didn't plug it in well enough to keep water out but I sprayed some electrical cleaner on the plug and it has worked ever since. May need pull your lights out and check things
