I got my fog light kit in yesterday and got it installed. I had to reverse the polarity to get them to work but no big deal. The only problem I have is when I turn them on with the truck running, my low tire pressure light comes on for about 5-10 seconds then goes off. Any ideas what might cause this?

HI,

SInce the low tire pressure is not related to the HIDs in anyway, the only thing could be the fuse being pulled in too much power when the HIDs is turned on but goes back to normal after the HID stablizes.

Thanks

Have you also considered the fact that your unwillingness to even look at the problem, which could likely be solved by simply grounding the ballast case is costing you business? I don't understand why anybody is buying these things knowing that this issue may manifest and that you aren't doing anything to solve it.

How many customers do you think you're not making sales to for this reason alone?

and to answer your questions, yes all customer that have problems report it, and majority of our customers who purchase a kit with no problems never call back or respond, they just simply install and be happy or refer other customers. Thank you for your inquiry.

Default Few Issues......W/ Dodge Dakota 2005

The kit had a few issues when I got them installed by bestbuy. First issue the installer noticed was that the plug from the HID kit wasn't fitting my OEM headlight connector. He had to cut off the HID kits plug and wire it directly to the OEM end.

The second issue was that one of the bulbs (halogen part) was facing down towards the road and the other headlight bulb was facing upward. I asked my installer why and he explained to me that the notches on the bulb itself was the problem. It prevented him from facing it the opposite direction.

The kit works fine, but I don't understand why I had these issues and why one of my bulbs had to be mounted upside down.
