Are the capacitors being shipped with the HID kit or are they coming in the mail separately? Thanks

I just installed the replacement bulb and it's not even what I ordered. *My bulb is purple and I asked for 5000k.

What gives?

By the way, you didn't return my email.

IM not happy with HID Extra.... Every time you make s mistake it costs me labor money to have it fixed!

Hi,

If you put your YR MAKE MODEL when you order, the capacitors will come with the kit, if you didn't tell use you have a dodge, then you will have have to request is separately by giving me your order # so I can send you one. Thanks!

ok, this is not cool, i swapped the balasts like i was told to, the problem still stays on the sameside, so its the bulb thats at fault.

I called weds, they asked for my name, and pulled up my info, and said theyd email me the instructions for the rma process, but i have not recieved an email at all from you guys.

Whats going on here? i didnt pay 90 bucks to have to turn my lights off and on 3 or 4 times to get them to work.

9004 6000K Bi-Xenon
purchased under the name of Cory Mumm

I would like to get a replacement bulb.

**EDIT 3/29/10: HIDExtra has authorized a replacement bulb, i guess it was an issue with the picture i took. But they kindly admiting the mix up, and i should have a replacement in 4-7 buisness days.**


I am not happy at all, first i perform the required RMA process and cut the wire on the outside of the bulb, thus rendering the bulb useless, i take a picture of it, and email it as required, and get a reply stating that the bulb i have is not theirs, when in fact it is the bulb in the kit that they sent to me, i even sent a copy of my purchase order along with the picture, and yet the bulb is not theirs? Im sorry, but I didnt know that you sent bulbs out with kits that were defective and then turn around and say its not your bulb?

What wrong with this picture here?
