Is 9008 the right bulb type? Also am i able to get Bi-Xenon for 9008?

yes you are able to get bi-xenon for 9008, since you didn't specify a color, i'm going to give you the links to 6000K (pure white) and 8000K (white with light blue tint)

You have two choices for the H13=9008 (hi/lo and bi-xenon)
hi/lo means your low beam is HID and high beam is Halogen because this bulb type has two bulbs in one bulb base to go from low to high beam.
And the bi-xenon means both your low and high beams will be HID.
