Did you wait for them to warm up? When I installed the 9006 fogs, one light looked yellow and the other looked like 5000k. I first thought that they sent me a wrong bulb but after leaving the lights on for 5 mins they both looked like 5000ks. Try leaving them on for awhile and then check. I just went out and turned the lights back on and they both fired up as white so I think it was the initial warm up period that made them yellow at first.

I'm interested in an H13 bi-xenon kit (6000k) for my 2008 Dakota. I am wondering if the kit will come with the proper relay wiring, or if it will come with the capacitors, and I will need to purchase the relay wiring separately.
On a side note, to those people with issues earlier in the thread, has everything been resolved to you satisfaction? I'm a bit concerned after reading so many issues with bulbs and ballasts, and I don't have the time to deal with problems like that.

im still waiting on my bulb to arive it was sent out march 30 2010, and they said it takes 4-7 buisness days to get here

I couldnt get a great shot but this is what they look like. Could only get a shot of one side cuz of how my truck was parked but the other side looks exactly the same. Plus it was raining. Click on the pic for a larger version. I'll get better ones some night once it stops raining. But these are what my 5000k looks like.

BOTH sets used to be identical to one another... They are not now... The headlights are true 5000k. The HID's say they are 5000k, but aren't the color they used to be...
You can slightly see the bottom is more yellow (stock) looking.
I'm really unhappy with HID Extra... This is so lousy. I've only bought from one other HID company in my life and they were so much better and giving me bulbs that were the right color.

yeah the color does look off on that passenger side fog. Is your driver side fog the right color?
I blew my image up so you can see better that both mine are the same color. They are like this on both sides. My passenger one also was yellow at first but corrected itself after awhile. Sucks you keep getting these duds. Wouldnt be so bad if shipping didnt take a week.

Both fog lights are brand new... 5000k replacements from HID Extra... They aren't even close to the 5000K headlights I have currently from them.
They came in a pair even...
The passenger side doesn't look odd to me.. Both fog lights appear to be the same color. It's just that they are like yellowish and not crystal clear like the main headlights.
