I would unplug the cord from the heater - if it unplugs - and verify that's where the coolant is coming from. If it is, drain your coolant and put a plug in it. Your local auto parts store should be able to source one, if they don't have it in a cabinet behind the counter.
And your coolant looks like crap in those pictures. I'd flush your cooling system out and get some decent coolant in there ASAP. How long since you've done a major service on that poor thing?

Ok so I figured out it wasn't coming from that cable there is a freeze plug behind want it looks like to be a motor mount. How do I replace this plug? Below are the pictures of what I have to get out of way before I can replace it. Also isn't that a 2 1/2 inch freeze plugs for the 2nd Gen rams?
