2002 dana 60 front -- put me out of my misery

Great! You'll love it. Pump didn't need changing though. If the new pump does give it up, you can use a stock pump. It has plenty of oompf as I know this very well.
Good luck in getting it all together!

Buddy.
Let's rewind here. We've been talking about the power steering pump. Started back in Post #40 when you said ordered PSC ram assist and pump already changed.
So, I say the pump did not need changing...yadda yadda. Looks like below.
I am running a stock power steering pump. I have been running this way since installation. It's been claimed that the PS pump needs to be modified for higher flow. This is true in the more general applications of Jeeps. However, for the Dodge I researched the pump specs and inferred this mod was not needed. My usage since May so far has proven correctly. If I feel a need for more flow, then I can install my spare pump that has the mod done to it. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...ml#post3298344
I haven't talked about the assist cylinder, until now.
As for connecting the lines to the assist cylinder, those would be 2 ports on it, as shown here:

Are you talking about the steering gearbox? That needs 2 ports added to it, which is what connects to the cylinder.
I'm presuming you ordered a kit from PSC?
What do you actually have?
It does not need to be drilled out for "alleged" higher flow.

Once again my ignorance caused me to misspeak, or use the wrong terms.
This is exactly what I bough from PSC:
It is an upgraded borgeson steering box with ram assist.
