Default Multi Electrical Problems???

I have a 96 Dodge Caravan and I seem to have a problem. The turn signals/hazards do not work, as well as the blower motor, the rear wiper, and the rear defrost.... I have checked all the fuses and the related relays... Everything seems good.

I did use a jumper wire to check the Really tall fuse under the dash and with the jumper wire everything would work when jumped. So I spent the $80 and got a new relay but that did nothing.

Anyone have any ideas what could do this?

A bad fuse, or other electrical problem like broken wires. If I had this problem, the first thing I'd do is get a wiring diagram. After all that's the road map for your car. If you were taking a trip, you'd use some type of map to figure out what route to take.

Welcome to DF
I didn't see anywhere that you used either a DVOM or a 12 volt test light. Like 22dodge22 had said, could be fuse's which you said you checked. Could be an open circuit or a BCM. I would remove the relay for turn signal/ 4way flasher and ck for power and ground. And then the blower motor and the rear wiper the same way. And if you need some diagrams, I may still have some. I would need your email to send the diagrams.

I need one of these diagrams if you still have one.

What is the history of these problems? Did they all fail at the same time?

It sure is sounding like something inside the junction block. That's a lot of testing to make sure though. Get the wiring diagrams. Also check your ignition switch wires in the column and see if they are burned.

I have checked all fuse's / Relays and have all the wireing diagrams , everything is checking out so far but still no power to any of the above mentioned , I even replaced the fusebox&computer under the dash.I did find out theat the Voltage regulator for the Blower was bad I am really getting blown away by this and the only other thing I can think to do is to tear all the wires apart and check each and everyone of them . starting to get really frustrated with the whole ordeal ! PLEASE HELP

Did you check any wires under the PDC next to the battery?

Hi guys and gals! First post.

This sounds like a key clue to your problem. Can you expand on what the "Really tall fuse" was. You then say you jumpered this "fuse", everything worked, so you replaced a relay. Why a relay after jumpering a fuse? Can you include contact numbers off the wiring diagrams you now have of exactly where you installed the jumper?

Looks like fuse 15 powers up the relay in the junction block. Do you have any power at the relay in the junction block?
