Well a 600 watt 2 channel is 300 watts over the 280 watt rating and I DOUBT that they are truly rated at that per speaker ... That would blow almost any tweet I can think of ...

have you checked the tail (fin or whatever), mine rattles some and i tightened it and it kinda helped. but i dont have any hush mat or anything yet. dont know about the latch though, that would be really annoying to listen to.

It's likely the plastic trim on the rear of the trunk I had a very hard time getting rid of it ... Finally I removed the trunk trim and the reverse lights made rubber washers to fit on the mounting points then installed them then put another rubber washer on the inside then installed the nuts and retightened ...

Also check the cable trunk release I've seen it rattle also ...

Other major rattle points are the tension/torsion bars underneath the rear deck ... you can use foam pipe insulation to wrap them and prevent rattling...

The spoiler mentioned above can cause it also same fix as the trunkplastic ...

Well I can't hear any rattle from the inside of the car. Only people on the outside can hear it. Dynomat made a huge difference in sound both inside and outside but I still get that rattle that people can hear on the outside. Coming from only the key area of the trunk. I will try some of bad venge's tips.
