Ya well I'm not for sure if it's coming out of the plate... I had it off & the car was running I could see the torque converter turning while car was running & didnt see any spraying all over the place or anything but saw leaks on the back end of the block on the side still where that inspection cover goes it was leaking none stop & while I drive leaks alot... what does the torque converter do? does it it keep all the transmission fluid in it or something?? I Replace the Seal after you take off the torque converter there dont know if that the problem or what?

No, it could be the front pump gasket that is leaking.
