im entitled 2 thereplacement of my lower ball joints for free by the dealership even if i bought it from a used lot right since its a factory recall.....thanks
correct.....even tho i bought it from a used lot i am still entitled 2 the right 2 bring it 2 the dealership n have them replace the ball joints 4 free cuz it was a factory mess up ?
It doesnt matter where you bought the car or who you bought the car from. Recall repairs are mandatory, meaning they have to fix it regardless of where/how you bought the car. Now, that doesnt mean they are responsible for anything else that goes wrong......but if you have a recall repair that needs done, I'd be getting it done ASAP.
ok thanks thats what i thought.....yea im not driving it nemore just wanted 2 make sure b4 i call the dealership n tell them 2 replace sumthin that they dont have 2 replace haha....thanks again
You may have to go through DCX to get anything done for the recall though. I would try the dealership first and let them know that you'd like the recall item checked/serviced...get a name also , that way you still follow some sort of protcol and then they can't fuss too much about it by them telling you to contact your local dealership first.
