Lol, I figured out a long time ago that there is about a 1 mpg difference between me ragging on the truck and driving it "smart", so I don't even try anymore. If I'm going to pay that kind of money for gas, I want to have fun!

 

my ac doesn't work, radio just went out and the fuel gauge doesn't work... I have a 1996 slt V6 and I have no idea if I have the 15 gallon or the 22 gallon tank, I haven't let it go below 15 gallons yet

 

I don't notice any difference between driving nice or like an a$$hole, so I drive for fun

last time I took a girlfriend to a coffe shop it taked about 30 mins to get there when it takes about 5 mins, since I wasnt pushing the acelerator, only in ralenti. It helps to get time to warm things, driving "smart" thats what I meant, Cheers Dakota!

 

I have the same problem with my gas/fuel gauge too. I will most likely have to drop the gas tank and replace the fuel pump to get the fuel gauge working again.

Right now, my dakota hates me for cracking the right reflector and blinker lens with a piece of wood...but it still puts out more than the woman. lmao, my apologies guys!

 

i hate that i had to drive almost 200 miles fighting 5th gear because it didn't want to stay in gear. and when i do try to show off a bit my truck won't go into 3rd.

 

what i hated about mine when i had it...
-poor ventalation on front and rear fender flares...rusted fender lips under the plastic!!!-truck looked good but under the plastic!

-ground clearance for a 4x4
-ugly woodgrain dash panel(painted black)
-the crappy plastic center caps on the 15's (tabs broke easy)
-the exspensive 3.90 rear end! (gears went out)
