I'd start with the fuses. Anytime any electrical problem occurs, I go straight to the fuse box. If they all check out, it could be a ground issue. We have the '95 FSM available for free download in faq2 (its a rapidshare link). That will be very close to the same thing as your '93, except your '93 should have a cable drive speedometer and seperate electric speed sensor for the computer and the '95s have an all electronic speed sensor (no cable). Anyway, it will have wire diagrams to track down the potential ground problem.

Thats what I read too. The ground is on the left fender shield. That would refer to the removable inner fender well. The power distribution sensor is directly above the left inner fender well. Check all the grounds around there if the fuses look good.

No, on second thought, thats not it. It says "Vehicle will not start if the vehicle looses this ground."

Read page 8W-30-3 and 8W-30-26 for better info.

**EDIT**
Check pins 47, 7, and 4 on the PCM and make sure there is a clean connection. Also, if you have a multimeter, make sure pin 7 is putting out 8 volts.

When talking about right or left side you always take it as you are in the drivers seat. So right is passenger side. Here is what it looks like.
