In this one you can see my air dam or whatever that the girlfriend messed up not too long after I bought the truck back before winter. Any one got one or know how to substitute it without not having anything there?

got tired of looking at the horribly mess that chrysler called wiring and rewired my truck. I'm only halfway done and saved about 10ft of wire

Well I've been driving around a Dakota I'm planning on selling, it's a 92 with the 3.9L and auto with overdrive and is 2wd. Gotta say never drove one of these trucks before and I'm really liking it alot. Decent power, good interior room and plenty of room in the box for me, gets decent gas mileage and makes almost no noise. Other then the maintence light I can't get to turn off I'm hooked. so My question is What are typical issues with these trucks? I notice that the rockers and rear wheel wells seems to rust out. The one I'm driving now I had to replace the starter, coil, and ignition switch and the front shocks and tranny and fuel lines. I've been looking at 87-90 4x4's with the 318's. Neat stuff you guys have been doing with these trucks, can't wait for more pictures.

Saturday I took off the valve covers finally (have had the new gaskets and needing to do this for a while) and while I had them off took the time to degrease and sand away the rust. Finished painting them today and let that warm sun bake it on good. While putting the passenger side cover back on I saw a coolant leak by the heater hose / themostat housing / temp sending unit. So took the alternator loose and tightened up the sending unit, put a new hose clamp on the heater hose. Cleaned everything off and so far no leaks.
