I see. You could probably use the factory MAP but not sure if you can share it with the PCM. Of course if you're using it for barometric correction it wouldn't be hooked to the engine anyways, right?

One should be on the engine, like the stock one mounted on the T.B. and the other one should be mounted in the engine compartment somewhere. I think.

Well a new BOV showed up today, the greddy knock-off was junk and leaked like a screen door.. Picked this 50mm unit up from Race Part Solutions, it's a Tial knock-off. Cut off the old flange, enlarged the hole (This new one is 20mm bigger!) and welded the new flange on. Works flawlessly and sounds great too! My 42lb injectors also showed up today so I threw them in, turned the req_fuel down in MS and it fired right up and I drove around and did some tuning, the tune actually wasn't too far off... Also got rid of the CEL by plugging the old injectors into the factory harness, it sure makes a hell of a racket with 16 injectors clacking away!

The BOV, you can also see the IAT sensor bung I welded in.

Well the BOV is still working great.

The stock fuel pump is too small, at 7PSI I was still running out of fuel around 4000RPMs, I backed it down to 5PSI for now and get away with 4500RPMs. It needs a Walbro 255lph pump. My fuel mileage is decent, pretty much what it was before.

Here's a couple recent videos.

It sounds sick when punching it! I would like to see your 1/4 times if you have a local track.

Best guess is a mid 14 1/4 mile. I've thought about running it but my coolant overflow bottle is currently zip tied in place since I accidentally broke the fan shroud and no junkyards have one and don't want to spend $35 to have it fail tech inspection. Best run before was a 16.2 with a 4wd launch.

Thats a good guess. 16.2 is good for a stock 5.2. Now turbod it would be sick.
With my 5.2 I think I was at 16.8 2wd at 1 mile high elevation, which would equal 1 second faster at sea level. Now with the 5.9 with 2wd 15.259. Maybe 14.259 or so at sea level.

I say go for it. Maybe make a simple bracket to bolt it back.

LOL! My coolant reservoir is tied up with bailing wire. Since I have electric fans.

At my local track they don't get to strict with the NRHA rules unless your 13 Secs or faster (Driver helmet required). Anything slower you just have to have the basics. Battery bolted down, coolant reservoir, seat belts, 1 brake light ect. Passenger is required to wear a helmet.

You sure yours is that fast Crazy? Stock RTs are only in the 15s and they weigh about the same as our trucks but they're moving smaller tires than you.

Ya I'm sure I got the slips, somewhere. My best time was when my truck was still 2wd with the 5.9 with slicks, I can't remember how tall they were, but they were way shorter than my 31's at that time and 15in wide. Our 1st Gens are lighter then the same body type of 2nd Gens. But who knows exactly what it would run at sea level. The 1mile=1sec is just an educated guess by the NHRA officials.

Heck Mopar Actions Stock 5.9 swap into a 96 SCLB did 14.40 sec. I'm not sure what the elevation at that track was. Here is the article. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...akota-3-a.html

Just to show the stock 3.9V6 got 17.3 sec. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...swap-pics.html

Ya RT's can do 15's here. The SRT4's are slightly faster then them maybe 14.5. We were just out that the drag strip last weekend. But I didn't race.
