Long beds never came on Club Cabs. So he has a single cab with a long bed.

Just get a short bed from a junkyard truck. Then you just got to measure and cut the frame in the right place to keep the mounts in the correct places. Then weld it back together and weld in some side plates on top of the cut section to reinforce it.
Don't forget to get a shorter drive-shaft and cut the brake line, fuel line, E-Brake cable wires ect.

I always wanted a long bed on my Club Cab.

Hmmmm... What if I just shorten my long bed, Cut like a foot n a half or so off of the rear, past the rear wheels. So that I don't have to mess with all that other crap?

Just an idea...

I would totally dig this. I wonder realistically how much work it would take to make this happen? that would be sweet!

The SBRC, LBRC, and CC all have different wheelbases and therefore different rear axle mounting points, driveshafts lengths, etc. Don't think it will be as simple as cutting 2 feet off the end of the truck. You will have to cut the frame rails basically right behind the cab. Then like Crazy4x4RT said, weld the frame back together and reinforce it.

If you cut 2 feet off the end and put the short bed on, your rear wheels won't line up with the new wheel wells on the bed.

IMHO, its not worth the effort! Thats a lot of work and for what??... less storage space in the bed??

I mean I will cut out a section of my long bed n my frame rails behind my rear wheels n weld 'em back together.. So that I dont have to mess with anything else. i.e. cables, drive-shaft, brake lines, etc...

All that work would be for my enjoyment of the looks of my truck.. I dont need a long bed let alone a truck bed at all...

Um... no offense, but if you're talking about what I think you're talking about, thats gonna look really stupid. Your rear wheels are basically going to be at the very back of the truck. You won't have the turning radius of a real RCSB.

I agree with issakar, build a wood flatbed.
