Thanks, I used zip ties and drilled holes in the grill which only worked because it's black and so are the ties but you can barley see them up close!

I got a new master cylinder because I am having brake problems, I need to make a start somewhere:

Wow that grill completed the look of the front of that beast. Might go to my junk yard and try and find a untouched dak grill and the mesh out of a ram grill. Take it home and mess around. Have been trying to find something to do with it. I did put some mesh corner bead behind my grill that's used for stucco work. Got it from home depot for $3, cut to shape zip tie in (although you cannot see my zip ties at all) and paint the mesh flat black.

I have been getting all kinds of positive feedback from everyone everywhere on the grill I have never seen it done before and who knows it seems to have started an internet trend by the way people are now talking like you haha. I looked at SO many different mesh designs, I used black zip ties you can not see them either but I did not mind the open grill look for a while kinda looked mean imo but now it looks meaner lol.

Front is not complete I plan to get another Ram grill to do the opening in the bumper skirt I have now (trying to find a Shelby skirt). I will soon be cutting the curves off the bumper ends and shaving the corner lights on the new fenders I have aside. Somehow I plan to eventually drop this bumper and fabricate a boxy front roll pan, I have plans for the hood too.

Still keeping my eyes out for a 360 block with Magnum heads.

Yes, going to start with pulling an entire 5.9L Magnum engine then do a quick minor rebuild, install a cam, intake and carb.

Need to install a new transmission before I hunt down an engine though.

Haha looks like I did the reverse on that, scored a motor before a transmission. You doing a custom gauge cluster with yours or are you running a stock cluster? Can't tell you how many ideas you've given me for my truck lol

I want the transmission first so I can drive on it until my engine gets weak, my current transmission sucks. If I have a transmission installed, electric fan, carb, wiring removed, then this swap will go easier when the time comes.

Right now I have this style cluster:

I wanted to swap to this style but my wiring probably does not support it:

SO since I want my computer gone I am not leaning on all aftermarket gauges with more outside the cluster on the dash I do not want to put any on my A-pillar because it starts to feel like a ricer. Classic muscle had gauges in the center of the dash and center console (batt amperage-fuel pressure-oil temp-etc).

I need to know if any of my current gauges are dependent on my PCM because as I said I want to remove my PCM. Even with my current 3.9L since it is TBI I can throw a carb on the intake that is on it and begin removing the computer now if it does not control anything else. Emissions are already stripped and I only have a coolant temp and oil pressure "light" the speedo is driven by a cable and the gas gauge runs off the sending unit in my tank, batt gauge is linked to the batt, not sure if I need my computer any more???
