I’m afraid not. My dad had one that was older than dirt but that’s long gone.

Yeah, I had an old "Sun Machine". Hideously expensive when new..... but, given that the tech is was designed for is way past obsolete these days, it's gone as well.

So I was contemplating relocating my voltage regulator from the right fender to the left firewall. Don't ask me why because I have no good answer. Just throwing stuff at the wall. So while prepping to do it I decided to try one more thing first to resolve this shaky voltage problem. I disconnected the last ground wire I hooked up from the reg case to a fender ground point and added a new ground cable going directly from the reg case to the negative terminal on the battery. Took a 10 mile road test and the dash gauge was as steady as a rock the entire time (remember, it shakes only at idle). So while I'd love to pop champagne corks I don't because I've been here several times before. I tweak something with the ground to the reg case and it fixes it...but only temporarily. So back to wait and see mode again.

You guys aint lying. Those oscilloscopes are pretty cheap.
