Nope. But, you should be able to just pull the distributor, and re-index it.
HeyYou thanks sorry for a few lines in my question don't know what I was thinking. Got up and running working the bugs out, ?were some info for setting the timing with the timing light.
Turn the engine so #1 cylinder is at TDC, in firing position. (both valves closed.) The distributor will have a notch that you need to align the rotor with. Usually, the cap is also marked with which tower is for #1.
Thanks again for the time and guidance got my cylinder heads on everything back together still working on pitally stuff.
But it on the road again.
No, it's the heat. I've never been able to handle it very well and as I've gotten older, it's gotten worse. I still like the cool and even cold weather. Just not the heat.

I used to love heat. Now I hate it. Too old for that crap.
Too hot? Nope, I don't go out.... Too cold? Nope, then either. It used to be that weather didn't bother me.... (I did roofing in the summer when I was in college....) But, as I have aged, I have become less tolerant of weather extremes. Too hot, and the brain simply doesn't work, too cold, and EVERYTHING hurts. Give me mild weather, 60's and 70's, with a slight breeze, and I am happy. MS plays hell with my desired lifestyle.
