Less bitchin' and more test result posting. Some of us are interested in all of your experiments and not with the naysayers.

Simply I have been running HHO for the better part of 5 months. This is not a scam but if you follow the Water4gas books ditch the mason jar but follow the rest. If you want to see any results add a fuel heater, pcv enhanser and a EFIE module. There is a better set of plans for the generator on www.Mindstrain.com. These plans are FREE. I have been trying to perfect this and have seen aprox. a 5 miles per gallon increase and zero emissions.

jhneman. were did you get you EFIE mod? How much did it cost you? DID the fuel heater actually help, because I would hate to start tinkering with the fuel line and it not be worth it.
I also have the pvc mod installed for quite some time now, has yous built up oil vapors aswell.
I have seen 5 mpg increase with the small mason jar, but I thought I'd get more with a bigger setup.
I thought the map sensor enhancer or EFIE mod would be the way to go. I still wonder about the IAC selonoid even though Hydra said it should be regulated. can you tune your EFIE mod?

you can purchase the EFIE mod off of ebay. There are alot of good ones on there. They range from different prices of 50 to 150 dollars. I spent on a little more expensive one. It cost about $120. It comes with a 6 foot wiring harness and ports to digitaly tune it with a good multimeter. Don't mess with the Map sensor enhansor the computer will recognise it and recalibrate within 3 days.
The fuel heater worked and gave me the most efficient mileage gains. my mileage jumped 5 miles per gallon by installing it.
As for the bigger HHO setup, I installed a different style setup than the mason jar because I wan't happy with the HHO production. I designed a plate setup using 2 units of 6 plates of 2x6x.32 304 stainless steel. the plates are staggered using -+--+-. Hydrogen is produces off of the negative electrode and oxygen is produced off of the positive electrode. I wired each unit in series to drop the unit voltage because I was having alot of thermal runaway. I also designed a custom wiring harness for the generator. I pulled a power sourse from my cigarette lighter and ran the power to a relay. I then wired the relay to the genator because this unit will pull around 20A -40A depending on how much electrolite that you use. I also found that baking soda breaks down in about 3 weeks. I am planning to switch over to Soda ash. I have talked with some friends and they tell me they have even less residue build up in the container.

I used the hose that goes from the radiator into the intake. It is the most accessable and has warm water as soon as the engine is warmed up.
