you dont have a tcm(that was only on the 4.7), but if your symptoms are the same it is worth looking into

 

If it is leaking back, then start the truck and put it into gear waiting for about 15 seconds then hit the gas and see if it is still doing it. If not then I would say drain back is happening. This would happen in both reverse or drive but after sitting for a little bit.
