On my Durango, the previous owner tore off the OEM tow power socket so it is missing. Dealer wanted like $150.xx bucks for the replacement socket. So I went to U-Haul and when I rented the trailer, I paid them to install a universal power connection kit. The kit ran around $25, and they only charged me $25 to install it. If you already have the wire kit, U-haul don't charge much to hook it up for you.

GREEN = Right Turn = Tan
RED = Stop = White with tan tracer
YELLOW = Left Turn = Light green
BROWN = Tail = Black with yellow tracer
WHITE = Ground = Any solid ground, find a wire/group of wires (usually solid black that are bolted to the chassis)
As far as the best place to tap into all of this I'm not too sure. I would just follow some wiring from your taillights to find where the loom comes together so it can all be tapped into together. Otherwise you could tap into this stuff directly from the tailights which would loom messy.
EDIT: I read my diagram too hastily here's a revision.
