D'oh!!!! Why didn't I do that in the beginning??? I'm gonna cut slots in the tubing to allow for the a/c piping to fit in the tubing than on the outside. But how will that affect the air goining into the box? Will the a/c make the air hotter? Or is there no diff on the temp of the air?

If it is the low side lines (the fatter lines) it will cool the air. the high side (skinnier lines) will heat the air.

I don't think it's really going to hurt either way dude. It's too small!

Anyway post pics in this section when you figure it out but only when you finish because this;
