Its a Tough Country 5.5". I don't recomend it. It is the only one out there for 98-99 but I put enough money in it to get the aliment right, includeing modifing their lift block to accomedate more alighnment, to do a solid axle swap. The fiberglass fenders made room for 35s with rubbage at full stuff and some driveways but only 1/8" on treadblocks up front. Rear I cut eyes of old top spring and used it as add-a-leaf for 1". #5200 with me in it and spare on carrier. Anything above 31 wont fit stock location with hitch. For the money straight axle it, if your going to realy wheel it. No lockers for IFS and stock or not bushings go bad 2-3yrs. Dont use poly they have been known to blow out on Dodges and leave you broke or rolled. I dont baby mine but I do keep maint up on it and can jump in and go.

Did the shackle / torsion lift Yesterday, came out good. While I was at it I threw a chambered thrush muffler on it, sounds real good.

My 'Rango
Hi guys ive been stalking this forum for awhile now looking at all the different first gens and what you guys have done. Just thought id share mine. Its a '99 with 142,000 miles on it. Runs great! Havent done much since we will probaly be getting rid of it some time soon. (For anyone wondering, thats a radar on the dash liner, the remote display on my vents, aftermarket stereo which is the best $80 ever spent, then a usb hub connected to the cig lighter to charge my phone, ipod, radar, etc.)
