I would recommend replacing your stock speakers if your upping the RMS wattage that is goin to be supplying them (which you are). The premium sound package is only made to be run with so much power. Also I have an aftermarket headunit as you see above, and also with the premium sound package you have to supply the stock amp if you're not installing the aftermarket amp right away or you wont have sound.
I have bypassed the stock infinity amp on a sebring convertible and it was not fun. I did not have any wiring diagrams to work from so I spent quite a while with the radio out and the speakers hanging out of the holes to match up the wiring but it can be done. I was probably easier on it just simply because it was under the seat so with seat out it was easy to reach. I plan to do it on the D as soon as the weather warms up as I have already swapped out the head unit and speakers.

If the Infinity is anything like GM's Bose then dumping the factory amp is a waste of time. The speakers worked on a different ohm value will only play with a fraction of the sound quality. I ran into this problem on my vette when I tried to install an aftermarket radio. I had to use an electrical power reducer adapter device thingy to make it work with my factory amps. Each speaker had its own amp with a centralized computer stuffed in the floor behind the pass. seat. A major PITA. Thank goodness i have only 4 speakers with cd/cassette. Which i believe is NOT the infinity.

It should be one amp moutned behind the kick panel. I know that is how the sebring was and it works with my Pioneer head unit and speakers. The originals where however two ohm and the replacements are four. The chrysler uses a normal head unit with no funky voltage levels like the bose stuff either removing the amp is a simple as capping the power feeds and the matching up the speaker wires.

To answer your question you have the stock infinity speaker which where made for chrysler by infinity. The fronts have the tweeter mounted higher up on the door and the rears are mounted on a ring in front of the speaker. You also have a factory amp behind kick panel on the passenger side or at least so I am told I haven't got into that yet. The kicker about the stock stuff is that it is all two ohm so replacements are difficult and 4 ohm speakers will not be as loud.

Oh and the sizes are 6.5 for replacements although I believe the stockers are technically 6.75. Depth is also an issue although I don't have the specs for that.

Yes the Amp is behind the passenger kick panel.

I know they are 6.5s i know they are infinity, i know they are 2 ohms. Is what I was trying to figure out was part numbers or model numbers for an infinity replacement tweeter.

You are probably going to have to make something aftermarket work or hit up a salvage yard to get what you are looking for. I just spent about fifteeen minutes looking and could not come up with a part number and I doubt even if you could they would be available.
