Might be the ccd bus wire. Double check the diagrams in the FSMs (found in the DIY section) to be sure though.

Thanks , for quick reply. I just noticed the auto dim mirror that I'm also adding has blue/white,blk,and purple/blk.

It might be for those. Of the wires that go to the mirror, one is 12v+, one is ground, and one is a reverse signal to undim the mirror when backing up.

Blue/white = 12v
Black= Ground
Purple/black= reverse signal.

thanks for the input, ive been busy at work, I understand the purple and whit but were can i Tap into on the Fuse block or any were else??

For the mirror. I got everything hooked up and works great except that purple mirror wire

No idea were to hook it up too
IIRC, i tapped the same purple wire in the PDC in the connector on the right side.

Default 02 console

I put an overhead Consol in my 01 As part of a complete interior swap swa as part of a complete interior swap it was a skinnier consul with the home link in the back trip computer upfront and a sunglass holder in the middle everything worked great! Then stupid me couldn’t leave well enough alone I found a consul from an 02 that was wider and have the home link up front in the truck computer and a large compartment in the back so I re-cut my headliner and installed it this was a used consul now everything works fine except for the temperature I have done the system diagnostic and it says Pass. But it just shows two lines in the temp area... any ideas? I’m lost on this one!

Not getting a signal from the ambient temp sensor??
