Blinker is either a bulb or a fuse. Wiper is the wiper motor. As for your start issue, does it turn over at all or try to at least? Or does it just click?

Check your distributor and wires. Make sure spark is coming out of your distributor wire.

If you have fuel pressure that is under pressure (depress the valve on the drivers side), and you have some spark I would think it is a coil or wire issue.

Get the wires from the dealer, cap and rotor from you local parts store, spark plugs from the local parts store (Champion Copper gap at .040), and coil from where ever you like.

Yeah frozen and hydra are right...do the tune up with the champion plugs, get the cap and rotor and see if itll make a difference. The blinker is most likely the bulb or a fuse. And the wiper could be the rear wiper fuse or the motor.

the blinker is definitely a bulb, a fuse would take out all the lights IME

and start with new plugs/wires/cap rotor and go to a new coild if that doesnt do it.

Def a tune up. And don't go too cheap on your tune up, people commonly make this mistake. I never go cheap when it comes to my baby. Cheap as in quality cheap. Dealer wires are some of the best wires around.
