the t/s lift will allow 32 inch tires iirc

the t/s AND 3inch bl will allow 33 inch tires.

also it doesnt matter how much you spend on the lift if you plan to leave the small tires on the truck, the differential will still be the low point, in order to increase the true ground clearance you need to raise the differential, the only way to do that is with bigger tires.

exactly... so if you want more clearance you gotta fork out money either way... actually for more clearance you gotta do both... the lift and the tires...

Hmm... well I am going to be replacing tires soon anyway, so I might do the TS - Shackle lift, then get the 32's... would give me an inch or so more...right?
Any recommendations on tires btw.. I started a thread in the Tire section, but nobody responded yet.

an exta inch of DIAMETER on the tires, so more like 1/2" at the axle or differential

Hmm.. so, if I did the T/S lift, and a 3" body lift to accomodate 33"s I would only gain about 1" at the differential?

the differential is the weakest point in ground clearance, thats why the military makes their humvees with everything basically up high and inside.

Seems like a lot of trouble for just 1" (Looks good though..)
I just thought I would get more clearance. Guess that's what I get for trading in a Chevy pickup 4x4 for an SUV...oh well.
