Crap! Well that was dumb of me. I forgot you're dealing with the 5.9. Probably totally different. I will have to see what I can find.

Maybe sleeve is not needed because cylinder wall was only damaged in the bottom.
Most likely old engine only needs crank repair.
Please post picture of old engine damage.
So far, yep you're wrong. Cylinder #4 piston is GONE only thing left is the connecting rod and wrist pin that I can see so far. Engine is still in the Durango as I am working as time permits...please see the attached picture. This is why I chose to go the donor motor route.

Passenger head removed.

What's left of cylinder #4...No piston just the rod and wrist pin so far....no sign of the rings

Nasty looking passenger side head.

Why is number 6 piston oriented differently from all the rest?

Looks like number 6 smacked the valves as well.

Gonna pull the pan when you have it out, and have a look? I bet the carnage is spectacular.

Yep, it's got me and my buddy curious as to just how bad it is. I will be posting pictures. Oh almost forgot....here is #4 spark plug:

OK, this is interesting, because crank can be OK. Now important question is condition of cylinder wall. It is possible that cylinder is OK. If crank and cylinder are OK, you can reuse old engine or sell engine block, crank and a cylinder head (I guess one of them is OK)
I sold about 100 cylinder heads on ebay (not 4.7), probably 4.7 heads go pretty high.(150?)
Good luck, selling extra parts and getting invested money back.
Please let me know about all damaged parts, because I have a Jaguar XK with smashed spark plug like that.
